Spiik is a initiative formed and shape from a collaboration made by Black dot. The project created by Black dot is called Hello neighbour and focuses on reducing segregation and improving the way newly arrived is welcomed in Gothenburg. The idea is to give students experience and to work in projects.

The idea behind our game Spiik comes through one of our challenges that were given through Hello neighbour. The challenge was to find a creative and effective way for newly arrived to learn the swedish language.

Through brainstorming, survey studies online and activities at events created by Black dot our vision was born. Our vision is to create a game were people of all ages can find joy in learning a language.
